Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at our Philadelphia flagship store
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming store environment
- Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- Contribute to achieving store sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems
- Philadelphia residency or reliable transportation to downtown location
