Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our Beale Street location
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a positive brand image
- Assist with inventory management and product displays
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries
- Participate in community outreach events on weekends
- Maintain clean, organized retail environment
- Contribute to sales growth through upselling techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Knowledge of Memphis local businesses a plus
