Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest interactions exceeding satisfaction standards
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary CRM system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams
- Maintain immaculate public areas and reception spaces
- Document guest feedback and operational insights
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with digital booking platforms and mobile applications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (for property transportation duties)
- Basic knowledge of Orlando tourism attractions
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Must pass background check and drug screening
