Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service through check-in/check-out processes and concierge assistance
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Manage reservations and front desk operations using property management systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and service metrics

Qualifications
