Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables, fruits, and herbs
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides according to safety protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Monitor crop health and report issues to farm supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all food safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (Class A preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be eligible for H2A sponsorship (foreign candidates) or possess valid US work authorization
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
