Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 12-week paid training in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world projects during training phase
- Obtain industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner) with company sponsorship
- Participate in mentorship sessions with senior engineers and architects
- Contribute to production deployments after successful training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills
