Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound management protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- Maintain electronic health records with 99% accuracy
- Participate in 12-week paid training rotations across specialties
- Attend monthly continuing education workshops
- Mentor new nurses during onboarding process
Qualifications
- Valid international nursing license and BSN degree
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (new graduates welcome)
- English proficiency score of IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100
- Pass NCLEX exam within 3 months of training completion
