Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using critical thinking skills
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state or country of origin
- BSN degree or equivalent international nursing qualification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90+)
- Pass NCLEX exam or country-specific equivalent
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to obtain Texas nursing license within 90 days of hire
- Positive references from previous employers
