Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Apply integrated pest management practices
- Monitor crop health and report issues to supervisors
- Participate in paid training sessions for skill development
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and H2A program guidelines
