Responsibilities
- Complete paid on-site training to learn essential agricultural techniques and safety procedures.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including planting, cultivating, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment under the supervision of experienced farm managers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Work efficiently in various weather conditions and long shifts as required by the season.
- Adhere to all farm schedules and daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
- Basic English communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned worksite.
