Responsibilities
- Perform planting, cultivating, and harvesting of tobacco, corn, and soybeans.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and agricultural equipment safely.
- Assist in the packing, sorting, and loading of produce for distribution.
- Follow all safety regulations and agricultural best practices on the job site.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Willingness to participate in a paid training program prior to work.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
