Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management techniques
- Adhere to food safety protocols and GAP certification standards
- Assist with greenhouse operations and post-harvest processing
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and training workshops
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (training provided)
- Willingness to work 40-60 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- No prior experience required (training included)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
