Responsibilities
- Perform crop harvesting, planting, and cultivation tasks following industry best practices
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed by supervisors
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and workplace safety protocols
- Assist in post-harvest processing and quality control procedures
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in ongoing training for new agricultural techniques and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or current authorization
- Minimum 6 months prior experience in agricultural labor or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and seasonal overtime
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, etc.)
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions and team communication
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Commitment to completing full seasonal contract duration
