Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters

- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and pest management
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and labor laws
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
