Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Maintain irrigation systems and field infrastructure
- Assist with packing, sorting, and quality control of produce
- Adhere to USDA organic standards and food safety regulations
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
- Report maintenance needs and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (foreign national requirement)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
