- Oversee daily operations across 3 fulfillment centers and coordinate with 15+ vendors
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies reducing costs by 15%+
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams including logistics, inventory, and customer service
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic planning and budget allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/tech
- Proven expertise in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership background with team size of 20+ personnel
