Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of 15+ operations professionals
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure operational alignment
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in supply chain logistics and warehouse management systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
