- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operational staff, conducting performance reviews and professional development.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Resolve complex operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management and development.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
