In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the company's bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operational staff.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align operational capacity with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
