Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and IT to streamline workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best service levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and performance management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
