Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily logistics and operational workflows of the San Francisco branch.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operations staff to ensure high performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Manage the departmental budget, including forecasting and cost-control measures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
