Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operational staff.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain the annual operating budget and monitor variances.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to optimize inventory and logistics.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving performance.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
