Responsibilities
- Optimize Operational Efficiency: Analyze current workflows and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity across all departments.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and support staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, vendor relationships, and distribution schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and forecasting to meet organizational goals and financial targets.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed operational reports to senior leadership to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
