Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operational staff to maximize productivity and morale.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics and inventory management.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve critical operational challenges in real-time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets effectively.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities as needed.
