Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics, warehouse, and operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and staff through performance management and coaching.
- Implement and monitor process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational methodologies.
- Manage operational budgets, forecast costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and improve delivery timelines.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
