Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 50+ person warehouse and distribution center
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Manage cross-functional teams including logistics, inventory, and quality control
- Develop and execute annual operational budgets with $5M+ responsibility
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma principles
- Ensure compliance with CBP and international trade regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record optimizing supply chain processes
- Expertise in Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams across multiple locations
