Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and train a cross-functional team of 15+ warehouse and logistics staff
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy, labor productivity) to drive continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment and services
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve operational escalations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in operations/supply chain leadership with 2+ managing teams
- Expertise in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms)
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and change management expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
