Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supervise 5-8 team members, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Operate warehouse management systems and material handling equipment
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory counts
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
- Implement weekend-specific efficiency improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 72 hours
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
