Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Manage the departmental budget, forecasting expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Proven experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
