Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management and stock organization protocols.
- Monitor and maintain equipment safety, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and workplace policies at all times.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance of the workspace to ensure compliance.
- Assist in resolving operational discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
