Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows including inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality control
- Develop and execute strategic process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ cross-functional operational specialists
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with company objectives
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 compliance standards across all operational processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in operations leadership with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational systems and reducing waste
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex performance metrics
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote/distributed teams
