- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and warehouse management software
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Professional certifications (CPIM, Six Sigma) highly valued
