Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 fulfillment centers in Austin metro area
- Develop and implement KPI-driven performance metrics for efficiency tracking
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Manage inventory control systems and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure 99.5% on-time delivery
- Train and mentor 12+ direct reports in operational best practices
- Analyze data trends to forecast capacity requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years experience in supply chain/logistics operations
- Proven track record in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel and Power BI
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication abilities
- Austin-based operations experience preferred
- CPIM or CSCP certification a plus
