Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management and vendor relationships
- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across procurement, logistics, and quality control
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage $5M+ operational budget with P&L accountability
- Coordinate disaster recovery protocols and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO)
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction ($500K+ impact)
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or tech operations
