Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and strategic planning
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate disaster recovery protocols and business continuity plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations/supply chain leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex logistics systems in high-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and cost control
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
