- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 15+ operations specialists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives
- Analyze KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resources
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Prepare and present operational reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain or logistics processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
