Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, warehouse, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in achieving KPIs and performance targets
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational resources
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
