Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve performance targets
- Develop/implement SOPs ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational resources
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs for executive leadership team
- Drive cost reduction strategies while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations/supply chain leadership
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/WMS systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and team leadership capabilities
- Experience managing teams of 15+ in high-volume environments
