- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage P&L with $5M+ budget responsibility
- Lead cross-functional projects driving 15%+ efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Mentor 15+ direct reports through performance development plans
- Analyze KPIs to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste
Qualifications
- 8+ years operations management experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 20%+
- Advanced degree in Operations Management or MBA preferred
- Expert proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and data visualization tools
- Strong Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
