Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ logistics professionals through performance management and training
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards across all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal service and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Expertise in inventory control systems, WMS software, and data analytics tools
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles and logistics regulations
