Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 25+ person warehouse and distribution center
- Develop/implement strategic process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams across logistics, inventory, and fulfillment
- Optimize supply chain workflows to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven performance initiatives
- Collaborate with executive team on 3-year operational roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with 3+ in logistics/supply chain
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team-building experience
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau a plus)
