- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team development success
