Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and optimize operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams through performance management and training initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and KPI enhancements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic planning and budget allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest logistics landscape
