Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage KPIs and data-driven decision-making for operational excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ employees) through performance coaching and development
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service departments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and DOT compliance knowledge
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing budgets over $5M
