Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 3+ fulfillment centers, ensuring KPIs for efficiency, accuracy, and delivery times are met
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ members) in inventory management, logistics coordination, and process improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement SOPs aligned with Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity
- Collaborate with finance to manage operational budgets and cost-reduction strategies
- Drive vendor management relationships with 3PL partners and transportation providers
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational disruptions and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in high-volume logistics or retail
- Proven track record optimizing complex supply chains with WMS/TMS implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- OSHA certification and familiarity with OSHA compliance standards
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
