Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and staff.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively.
- Handle budget management, cost reduction initiatives, and resource allocation.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics leadership.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
