Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations ensuring 99.9% on-time delivery metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage team of 15+ logistics professionals through performance coaching and development
- Develop and optimize operational budgets with quarterly variance analysis
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to align inventory strategies
- Implement safety compliance programs exceeding OSHA standards
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain operations
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ professionals
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and optimization
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
