Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
- Develop/implement KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects including process automation and digital transformation
- Manage $2M+ operational budgets and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry regulations
- Mentor 8-person operations team through performance coaching
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex supply chains and logistics
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech environments
