Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, distribution, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency gains
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operations professionals
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and procurement teams to align operational goals
- Manage annual operating budget of $8M+ with focus on cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability standards
- Implement KPI tracking systems and provide regular performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics/tech sector
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements with measurable results
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- Expertise in inventory optimization and supply chain modeling
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
