- Champion digital transformation initiatives including AI-driven inventory optimization
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 environmental standards across all operations
- Drive vendor management negotiations securing 15% cost reduction annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scaling operations for high-growth tech or logistics companies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and cost optimization
